The Architecture of Kazakhstan’s Renewal: Synergy of Effective Management, Legal Regulation, and International Security 

On April 10, 2026, at Narxoz University — the Vice-Chair of the Global Hub of the United Nations Academic Impact program for SDG 16 — the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “The Architecture of Kazakhstan’s Renewal: Synergy of Effective Management, Legal Regulation, and International Security” was successfully held.

The purpose of the conference was to establish a high-level expert platform for discussing the transformation of Kazakhstan’s institutional architecture in the context of global uncertainty and rapid technological change. Key issues discussed included the modernization of the public administration system, the harmonization of national legislation with international standards, as well as current challenges and threats in the field of foreign policy and security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference brought together participants from the Presidential Center under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the United Nations Department of Global Communications and the Head of the UN Information Office in Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty), the Head of the Electoral Training Center of the Academy of Public Administration, the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty, the Supervisory Board of the Compliance and Business Ethics Association, the Sanctions Committee of the Compliance and Business Ethics Association, the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and other international, governmental, and regional organizations.

This event represents another strategic initiative of the University aimed at promoting the priorities of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16 — “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.”

The conference participants unanimously emphasized the importance of forming value-based orientations at various levels of social and civic development, as well as in the administrative sphere. Narxoz University adheres to this approach — we develop society by training leaders who take responsibility for solving complex real-life challenges.
